I make firstness to be reality of all sorts known and unknown, whatever rises. I make secondness to be an index - a means of processing the first. I make thirdness to be what comes forth from this meeting, bumping or whatever you wish to call it, not discluding consideration.
I make thirdness to be action which is informed by firstness and secondness and which can be evaluated aesthetically and seen as real and therefore measurable. I do not represent this as Peirce but think the environment these days permits musement on these categories and creation of notions of conscious thinking that might be relevant to ordinary people.
