So how do you lick jealousy?

The answer is you can't.The only thing you can do is acknowledge its power and presence. And save yourself a lot of therapy money in the bargain. In general jealousy is resolved in three steps. 1. Facing it and recognizing it might mean extricating yourself. 2. If not somehow resolved, having a period when you come to terms with yourself and accept things and live autonomously, and 3. Hopefully and generally by chance finding a relationship that does not contain the elements that lead to the failure of the first one.
