I knew politics and activity in general and socializing is good for you

Greater social and political connectedness is associated with enhanced life satisfaction.  I find that individuals who volunteer and participate in clubs, spend a lot of time visiting friends, and show interest in politics are substantially more satisfied with life.  SOURCE:  However, I would argue that the key to all of this is a mind that can embrace solitude as much as society.
