Ethnic blending is where its at - realized eschatology

The link above points to a most salient topic. Realized eschatology suggests a move from a mythological notion of heaven for the chosen few to a worldly (secular) reversal of the divisions (Babel) that was once explained by blaming diversity on the deity. Today's ethnic blending is not in conflict with the higher values found in religious teachings. Democracy. Tolerance, Helpfulness. Non-idolatry. But it wreaks havoc with those who do nut choose to live by these values. Happily blending suggests that ethnics are not unmeltable.
