Obama warns of 'a long 72 hours' - Mackenzie Weinger - POLITICO.com: "Obama declared a state of emergency Saturday afternoon for Maryland, joining the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island and Virginia, as well as Puerto Rico. Obama is expected to sign more emergency declarations as the storm moves up the coast."
