And instead of designating it a public report and delivering it to Congress, as is the norm, the office put it off-limits. Should we be surprised? Nuke plants are lethal to us all. Anything nuke is dangerous. We have bought a storm and will not reap multiple whirlwinds until the world reconstitutes itself according to principles of civilization, not barbarism.
