TIGER: Just another asshole, Mr. Mayor.
MAYOR: Who the hell is he, Tiger?
TIGER: Ask Reverend Calmus Jones. Markman used to work for the Reverend.

TIGER: Troublemaker, so I've heard. But nothing that can't be handled.
