Actor Morgan Freeman smears Tea Party as racist in CNN interview - Spokane Conservative | Examiner.com: "Translation: Opposition to Obama has nothing to do with failed socialist policies that have driven America to the brink of economic ruin, seen the country's credit rating downgraded and given the nation an unemployment rate nearly twice that of Mexico - it has to do with the color of the man's skin."
It's amazing how an account like this completely misses the point Freeman was making. The nub of it was/is that the President is on the way to a major victory to vindicate the same positive sense that existed when he was elected. At least this segment of Spokane does not get it, but such distortion is popular in the blog realm.
