It is an imagined recreation of the Gospel of Mark, set in contemporary Las Vegas. The Mayor is seen as a Herod figure trying to hide a murder. John the Baptist is seen as his public accuser. Jesus is seen as a minister who has been released from his church because he does not accept its glitzy commercialization of the Gospel. Things unfold from there. Someone should produce it.
