I have bolded the items in the list above that I relate to the two areas where I think massive changes might occur. The changes would radically reduce these numbers.  Car-free cyber-communities with mass-produced modular spaces for residence, work, commerce and so forth would reduce the two cumulative big ticket items for all. These are housing and transportation. A new economy would create a subscription model for dwellings and move toward invented mass means of transport between c7yber-communities and between clusters of cyber communities (cyber cities) and regions.
