I buy two pomelos at a time at the Asian market near my homeTwo pomelos cost 5.98At home I cut them into quarters and remove the thick skinsThe rind of the pomelo is good for candyI store the peeled quarters in individual sandwich bags which I reuseEach quarter gives me what I fancy to be the best  of citrus hits on a daily basisI eat them as one would consume corn on the cob Visceral but enjoyable
