Cars and houses are long since passe 
New dwellings past both city and suburb 
Plus car free urban living  save the day 

These lines were written a year ago and they are as true now as then 
The market will not come back 
The answer lies in few cars and greater concentrations of population But in communities that number 5,000 to 10,000Clustered as we wish 

Ccommunity and diversity Ending our polarized sprawl society 
 Democratic choice Living together as one people
