Anyone who thinks they know what will happen in Tampa
is most likely deluded
It might be a smooth Romney sailing
It might be acrimonious Paul mischief
It might be specific moments of
GOP rostrum idiocy going viral
If we cannot surmise Tampa
we can advance-contextualize it
It will be the first instance in which
buying an election without shame is honored
It will be the first instance in which a party
is shameless in the degree of its spite for us
It will be a time when much interest will center
on whether Romney will answer
questions he now avoids
These are fairly certain
Less certain is the possibility that
Tampa will be a battle royal
due to the actual or likely collapse
of a woefully deficient candidate
My guess is that if Romney continues to
hide and to be favored by Nate Silver to lose
the battle royal will ensue
