DO NOT ASSUME THE CONTINUED DOMINATION OF THE CAR
Yes we need safe roads and yes we need safe bridges
but we should treat these as rights of way that we the people own
REBUILD WITH A VIEW TO NEW CENTERS OF PROXIMITY
We should think of new settlements away from obvious weather and flood dangers
We should work to gather folk in proximate areas instead of accepting more and more sprawl
ENSURE EQUAL CONNECTIVITY EVERYWHERE
We should recognize that we will outgrow our current gadget craze
More and more the Web will be our center for education and for work and for recreation
