When one does not know what to buy
When one does not know what to hold
When one does not know what to build
When what one knows has no correlative
When one begins to doubt what one believes
We realize that absent some strong lead
We are adrift
The effect being
even if the money's free
no interest charged
we would not know quite what to do with it
Wherefore
my simple inclination is to wait to see
if within this mark of time
there is a sign
that points a way
