In 2009 and 2010, for example, the group focused on the Houston Congressional district represented by Sheila Jackson Lee, a black Democrat. After poring over the records for five months, True the Vote came up with a list of 500 names it considered suspicious and challenged them with election authorities. Officials put these voters on “suspense,” requiring additional proof of address, but in most cases voters had simply changed addresses. That didn’t stop the group from sending dozens of white “poll watchers” to precincts in the district during the 2010 elections, deliberately creating friction with black voters."

The Kochs are in violation of the law
The Justice Department should investigate True The Vote
The investigation will prove the Koch motive
is to target and intimidate Black voters
to elect GOP candidates sympathetic
to their Big Oil interests
The Kochs have their own brown shirts -
"True The Vote" a modern thug brigade
The Koch's name their operations for the opposite
of their invidious intentions
True the Vote is Suppress the Vote
and so forth Orwell-Huxley style
The Kochs barely mask their big oil motives
They get by on conspicuous philanthropy
as do many others whose actual operations
are harmful to community and future
The Kochs in 2012 have gone too far
They are not beyond the law
It is time to bring the Kochs to justice
