His name is C. S. Peirce not Charley

Interesting article and reason enough  for a Triadic Philosophy  that seeks precisely to  demonstrate that generals  are capable of surviving  scientific analysis  and proving their  practical efficacy. 
I would assume that  that does not float well  in a recondite Peircean environment. 
Understandably so and  good enough reason to  build beyond  while making no claim  to build on Peirce. 
Nonetheless  I do find the use of  the name Charley  in various contexts  including this article  somewhat precious.
