Explaining "The Boston Car Wars (1978)"

The Boston Car Wars (1978)
is the first fictional treatment
of an effort to
dispose entirely of
the automobile.
Adam Panflick
gambler
failed theologian and
lover of the elusive Serena
determines to
combat the car
in the most challenging
arena of all,
the city of Boston
The result is mayhem
A feast of
car crashes
that would warm the
 heart of a Guy Grand
Fiction it is
and so it should remain
Nonetheless
in the years since
its imagined happening
there has been
a growing realization
that a world
tied to big oil and
 the seductions of
the automobile industry
is not a safe place
for future generations.

His name is C. S. Peirce not Charley

« The Greatest Living American Philosopher Commentary Magazine http://buff.ly/1kYUPZz

Interesting article and reason enough
for a Triadic Philosophy
that seeks precisely to
demonstrate that generals
are capable of surviving
scientific analysis
and proving their
practical efficacy.

I would assume that
that does not float well
in a recondite Peircean environment.

Understandably so and
good enough reason to
build beyond
while making no claim
to build on Peirce.

Nonetheless
I do find the use of
the name Charley
in various contexts
including this article
somewhat precious.
