Bike-sharing won't cut it. It's a Bandaid on a gaping wound.
Bike-sharing gears up in U.S. as gas prices soar | McClatchy: "An increasing number of U.S. cities are starting bike-sharing programs for a range of environmental, health and economic reasons." Why not just ban cars from where folk live and work. We own the rights of way, right?
