Existence brings the nonexistent forth.

The easy brings the hard, the short the long.

From all that is, an opposite is born.

Opposing notes compose a harmony.

This remarkable adaptation is available at present for 99 cents..
The price will eventually be its original publication price.
My reason is that I need reviews.
I am not permitted to give the book away
because it is an adaptation of a public domain work.
But I can also mail a word document
to prospective reviewers.

The New Tao Te-Ching is a Radical Adaptation of the Ancient Text

Here is a brief excerpt from the first chapter of The New Tao:
Desire cannot enable us to find
what is ineffably beyond, a mystery.
Desire will only blind us to the truth,
an outer fringe is all that we shall see.

The seer saw beyond all sacred laws

The seer saw beyond all sacred laws
And lifted high all simple human needs
Like hunger and relief from fear and pain
The keepers of the law were most displeased

This is from The Tao of Mark, now a Kindle book

Formula for writing a proper spiritual book

Write for the slow reader
Value the slow learner
Focus on your reader to the exclusion of all else

Write in manageable bits
Your text a form of truth beyond your ken
Do not name guidance as such
Make no special claims
Seek no disciples

Offer no secret knowledge
No magic formulae
Just simple expositions of the way that works for you

Avoid saying what you are doing
Let what you do speak for itself
