A little bit of fairness never hurt the wealthy

'It's coming out of folks who are doing extraordinarily well...'" This is so simple. Most get it. Save for the elected representatives of the GOP. The real crisis is unfolding behind all this. What we actually are going to do to deal with the inexorable rise in the cost of energy and the likely effect it will have on our habits and rules.
