The Beatitudinal way is Abba's Way - when you practice the four values of Abba's Way - helpfulness, tolerance, democracy and non-idolatry. The Beatitudes are Jesus' definition of the characteristics of happiness, the virtues of the realist who understands that the first sign of all was the sign from which is derived the reality of Jesus and of Abba's Way. That they bump up against the world of opposing values is every reason to practice them. Hitting the blunt truths of desecration, hypocrisy and greed is par for the course. We think triadically and therefor move beyond sign and blunt truth to experientially test solutions that might advance history a bit. It is a communal process, fallible but worthy.
